Fear
Work is like driving a car. At first you think you won’t ever be competent enough to be good at it, yet you see millions of people doing it. After time, after repetition and after experience, you suddenly realise that you can do it and do it better than most other people too.
The same principle applies to anything you do. We were born with fear, why else do you think babies cry? The fear of not being able to do something can cripple the human spirit. Break through the fear and you will succeed.
